The Board of Trustees is comprised of 21 board members who are deeply committed to University of Northwestern, its mission, and its initiatives. The Board of Trustees oversee all corporate duties for the institution. This governing board is responsible for fiduciary responsibilities, academic quality, strategic goal guidance, and appointment and evaluation of the President.
