Prior to coming to Northwestern, Ron Ginn worked in the public school system for 15 years teaching kindergarten, fourth grade, sixth grade, and high school driver education primarily in the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

Following his work in the public school system, Ron served as a secondary principal for three years in a local, private Christian school.

Ron Ginn’s professional involvements at the University of Northwestern include directing all field placements and student teaching for 10 licensure programs.

He co-teaches Human Relations in a Cross-Culturally Diverse World and Professional Competency Assessment. Ron has supervised preservice teachers, served as an instructor for Kindergarten Curriculum and Instruction, and has taught Seminar in Professional issues.
