Activities to Spark Learning
Creative expression is valued and encouraged in our programs. Children will participate in activities including music, dramatic play, science and math projects, field trips, special guests, and arts and crafts. All activities are geared to spark the unique interests of each child.
How We Teach
Hatching butterflies, making colorful "goop," acting, and singing in the annual Christmas pageant are just a few of the ways we discover and learn at the CDC. Teachers support children's learning through child-initiated activities and social interaction. We explore our world through different projects and themes. Whatever activity we are engaging in, our world is full of wonders for our children.
