Matching Gifts

If you work for a company or organization that has a matching gift program, your contribution to Northwestern can have double the impact!

It’s easy to have your gift matched. If your gift qualifies for a match, you can obtain a matching gift from from your company's human resources office and follow your company's direction for initiating a match.

Steps to Matching a Gift

  1. Search for companies (see tool below) that allow for matching OR
  2. Inquire at your human resources office or contact our Gift Receipting Office at 651-631-5348 to find out if your gift will qualify for matching.
  3. If your gift qualifies, get a matching gift form from your human resources office and follow the directions for initiating a match.
  4. If your company does not match gifts, we can provide assistance to encourage your organization to start a matching gift program.
