Dr. Novak teaches and supervises undergraduate students in the Early Childhood Education department. She received her Doctorate of Education in Leadership from St. Mary’s University, with her dissertation focus on preschoolers’ scientific inquiry practices. Dr. Novak has many years teaching experience as an early childhood educator in Early Childhood Family Education.
