Spring 2021 Orientation Schedule

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Plan for who will attend check-in with you. New students are allowed to bring up to two guests with them to campus during their check-in time.
If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms: If you are ill, get tested for COVID-19. If you test negative, stay home until you are well. If you test positive for COVID-19 and are in isolation, please stay home until it has been at least 10 days since symptom onset, you feel improved and you have had no fever for at least 24 hours, without using medicine that lowers fever.
If you have come into contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please stay home until 14 days have passed and you are symptom-free.
If you must delay your scheduled arrival on campus for health reasons: please contact email@example.com prior to coming to campus.
RESIDENTS MOVING IN
New residents are asked to arrive earlier than other new students to move in (11:00am-12:00pm). All residential students are asked to limit their move-in assistance to 1-2 other individuals. All individuals and their guests are required to wear a face covering while in the residence halls during the move-in process.
For students that need assistance, student leaders will be available to help students move in.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
All students and guests will be required to complete a health screening before checking in. Masks or face coverings are required indoors and outdoors when social distancing is difficult to maintain (at least 6 ft.) We will have sanitation stations available and ask that you would wash and sanitize hands as often as possible.
