Andrew Hatling is a co-founder & CEO of NOBLE, where he works alongside the executive team to develop comprehensive marketing strategy and content for a diverse client roster.


Andrew has a passion for problem-solving, a skill developed as a producer in the advertising industry. That work has brought him around the world, from mountain tops to desert plains — working to tell stories of survival, adventure, and passion. His portfolio includes work for clients like Red Bull, Medtronic, Sleep Number, Great Clips, Target, and Kellogg’s. He has a knack for examining big-picture problems, and then diving into the details to find solutions.

Andrew is an award-winning filmmaker. At the 2018 AdFed awards, Andrew’s work brought home a “Best in Show,” a silver, and three bronze awards. This included work for Arctic Cat, Trolli, and the Basilica of Saint Mary’s. Meanwhile, his music videos have been featured on NPR, MySpace music, and OkayPlayer.

Andrew studied cinema and media arts at Biola University in Los Angeles and is currently an adjunct instructor of film at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.

In his free time, Andrew is working to launch a documentary video series spotlighting up-and-coming musicians. He also loves traveling, fishing, gardening, and discovering new restaurants.
