Cindy grew up in Lindström, MN and has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts & Literature Education from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul. She is also a World Race Gap Year alum and currently lives in New Brighton, MN. Her interests include hiking, writing, traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, and trying new things.
In fact, Cindy’s advice to incoming students is to try something new each and every week. Heading to college is a transformational step in each student’s life; it takes a leap of faith to get outside of your comfort zone, meet new people, and discover passions and interests you didn’t know you had.
Cindy advises Dual Enrollment (PSEO & Early College ) students. She specializes in advising all the DE On-Campus (PSOC & ECOC) students as they navigate taking courses at our UNW campus.
