CONTACT INFORMATION
Emily L. Sharrett is completing her Ph.D. in English at Loyola University Chicago while serving the University of Northwestern – St. Paul community as a Visiting Instructor of English in the Department of English & Literature. She researches how writers make use of classical rhetoric and environmental thought in early modern British literature, especially in English Renaissance drama. Her literature, composition, and professional writing courses prepare students to craft and voice well-reasoned responses to research questions that frequently invoke nature in physical and symbolic registers. Sharrett received her B.A. in English Literature and Political Science from Miami University of Ohio and her M.A. in English from Loyola University Chicago.
