Erica is a champion for women’s health. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, active member of AAPLOG and experienced nurse educator, she has over 20 years’ experience working in women’s healthcare. As a full time faculty for UNW, she loves to share a Biblical worldview and passion for life with students. In addition, she advocates for women and the unborn as a Nurse Practitioner for Alliance Women’s Clinic in Kenosha, WI. She previously served on the Board of Director’s for Robbinsdale Women’s Center in Robbinsdale, MN, and introduced them as a new clinical partner to the UNW School of Nursing.
She has spent significant time outside of the United States, living in both Ireland and Puerto Rico giving her a love for global missions and healthcare. She has led multiple of our transcultural nursing trips to both Ecuador and Ireland. She also serves on the Board for the international pro-life organization, PassionLife, and is the Vice President of the Turning Point USA Faith chapter for Kenosha and Racine counties. She and her husband reside in Pleasant Prairie, WI and have 4 children.
