James Earley is the pastor of formation and worship at Peace Church in Eagan, MN. His responsibilities include caring for and pastoring youth, young adults, and young families. He is also responsible for managing the worship ministry for the contemporary service as well as handling miscellaneous concerns as they arise. His role includes curriculum planning, leadership development, volunteer management, preaching and teaching, vision casting, and leading formative retreats and mission trips.

James is married to his wife, Haley. Together, they provide foster care to children and consider caregiving to be their primary ministry. Believing Scripture to be clear with regard to the care of widows and orphans (James 1:27), Haley and James believe that every other work in ministry--whether pastoring, teaching, or fellowship--should help empower people to love their neighbors.

James and Haley are Minnesota natives and currently live in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
