Faculty Instructor Piano

Kathleen Donaldson began piano studies at age six and earned her Bachelor of Music from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada, studying piano with Philip Adamson. Following a move to Texas, she earned a Master of Music in Church Music degree from Baylor University. While at Baylor she studied piano with Jane Abbott-Kirk, conducting with Donald Bailey, and was introduced to handbell ringing. Since then, Kathleen has taught piano lessons and directed church choirs in Texas, Indiana, and Minnesota. In addition, as a homeschool parent with 14 years experience (and counting), Kathleen had the pleasure of founding and directing homeschool handbell choirs for the past 5 years.
