CONTACT INFORMATION

Kenny currently serves at Capital City Church in Saint Paul on the Pastoral Team along with his wife, Kirsten. He has been an adjunct professor at Northwestern since fall of 2012, teaching courses in youth ministry as well as preaching.

Kenny and Kirsten met at UNW and have been married since 1986. Their home is in Saint Paul, MN in close proximity to their sons, daughter, their spouses and seven grandchildren. All four of their children and one daughter-in-law graduated from Northwestern. Kenny’s interests include running, reading, eating at restaurants (esp. Italian), old cars, traveling, driving, water-skiing, snow-skiing, golf and fishing. His favorite thing to do is to hang out with Kirsten, his kids and grandkids!

Personal Mission Statement

Kenny’s life/ministry verse is Psalm 71:18 “Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come.” He counts it a privilege to serve this generation of students pursuing the Lord’s leading into ministry.
