Professor Jarosik is best known for creating a warm, comfortable, and inquisitive environment in the classroom that is grounded in Scripture and in real business world experience.

He deeply cares about the Spiritual well-being and academic excellence of each student. He understands that students learn differently and adapts his teaching style to meet the needs of the class. Professor Jarosik has been teaching at UNW for the past two years with a focus on Business Ethics and International Business.

Professor Jarosik also works full time at Medtronic, where he has been employed for the past 20 years. Before that he worked at IBM and Cargill respectively. In addition, he is a Licensed Reverend and Assistant Pastor at Coon Rapids Evangelical Free Church where he loves to teach Church History on Sunday mornings. Lastly, he is also a certified Dave Ramsey Financial coach that is trained to help people get out of debt based on a Christian Worldview.

He grew up in the inner-city, South side of Chicago, where both he and his wife are from. They have been married for over 25 years and they currently call Maple Grove, MN their home.
