The SOAR Leadership Conference exists to help you grow as a God-honoring leader, while also providing opportunities for career networking and marketplace connections.
2024 THEME: “LEADING YOURSELF”
In the words of Craig Groeschel, “Your potential to lead others is a direct result of how you lead yourself.” Great leaders will often say the hardest person to lead is themselves. This is so true…and so important! During the 2024 SOAR Conference, we will dive into this topic from several different angles that will be both practical and inspirational.

| 9:00 a.m. | SOAR Conference – Main Event | Knight Performance Hall | Welcome, worship, and 3 “Eagle Talks” (TEDtalk format) on specific aspects of self-leadership. This session will be quick to the point and practical. |
| 10:15 a.m. | Career Community Breakouts **Breakouts list in FAQs section below** | Variety of Rooms | Choose from 10 different breakouts! These sessions will be discussion/panel based with a focus on networking & mentorship. |
