Business Law – Partnerships and Corporations
A study of the legal aspects of business relationships pertaining to partnerships and corporations. Law pertaining to negotiable instruments, property and secured transactions.
ACC 3206
Cost Accounting
A study of managerial decision making, including consideration of costing techniques, budgeting and control, and strategic planning.
ACC 4306
Individual Income Taxation
Review of the federal income tax laws as they apply to individuals and sole proprietorships, including business and personal deductions, credits, capital gains and losses, property acquisition and disposal, and compensation. Focus will also highlight the tax advantages of home ownership, 401(k) investment plans, IRA plans, and Roth accounts.

Money and Banking
A history of commercial banking, functions of the Federal Reserve System, creation of money, open market operations and fiscal and monetary controls.
FIN 3227
Trusts, Wills and Estates
An advanced analysis of the various tools of estate planning, including trusts and wills.
