Benjamin D. Wagner is a professional musician, vocalist, conductor and educator currently based out of Minnesota. With a broad knowledge in a diverse background of worship traditions and styles, Ben has worked with a number of organizations and artists and helped develop worship programming across the Twin Cities region.
As a professional musical artist he has worked with organizations including the MN Opera, History Theatre, Steppingstone Theatre, Illusion Theatre, Children's Theatre Company of MN and the Youth Performance Company. He has also worked as an educator throughout MN working with students age 3 through professional adult in several capacities. As a touring artist, Ben has toured with Denver and the Mile High Orchestra as a saxophonist and backing vocalists and as a freelance recording artist, sideman and arranger for over 10 years.
Ben currently works as a minister of music at a church in Bloomington MN as well as running his own worship choir and serving as president of the Twin Cities Community Gospel Choir. Ben also serves as Executive Artistic Director of Sounds Like Love, a National Youth Worship Choir that hosts students from across the nation for a weekend festival every year, now in it's 39th year. He is thrilled to be joining the teaching faculty and looks forward to bringing his diverse style of musical background to his students.
