Kendra Dodd serves as the Senior Director of Careers and Leadership Development. She has over 22 years of experience in organizational strategies. She has expert knowledge in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Change Management, and Organizational and Talent Development. Kendra understands the importance of development and has a strong passion for continuous learning.

Kendra has been on leadership development platforms for over 30 years. In high school she spoke and facilitated state-level student government and leadership platforms. Kendra continued her efforts in college with experience in Residential Life, Student Affairs Leadership Mentorship, and Student Ambassadorship while obtaining the highest national award of the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award for excellence and service to humanity.

Kendra has facilitated and trained in Fortune 100 non-profit, government, and educational organizations. She is a sought-after facilitator due to her unique experience with regional, national, and international complexities. She is a successful presenter, coach, and consultant regarding process improvements, culture dynamics, and personal and career advancement. Her dynamic enthusiasm is evident in her interactions with all she meets. Her core skill sets are development and strategic design and implementation, consulting businesses, education institutions, mid to senior-level managers/executives, and high potential young adults.

Kendra holds a bachelor’s of science degree and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development. In addition, Kendra is also a certified DDI Trainer, certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Certified Life/Career Coach. She has been an adjunct instructor for St. Mary’s University of Minnesota for over six years. She serves on the board for Rakhama Homes and Covenant Pines Miniseries and actively volunteers with local non-profits within the Twin Cities.
