Northwestern offers on-campus PSEO for those students who are 15 years of age and older, and are interested in face-to-face learning. We are located on Lake Johanna in Roseville, Minnesota, a suburb of St. Paul.
On-campus PSEO students will be paired up with a PSEO Assistant for their first semester. This PSEO Assistant will help students transition into the Northwestern community and provide them with an instant contact.
On-campus students have access to hundreds of courses each semester and can participate in many extracurricular groups such as musical ensembles, theatre, clubs, intramural sports, and even intercollegiate sports. Students can take many of our courses on-campus; however, we recommend checking with a high school guidance counselor to determine which courses to take for high school graduation requirements. Our Bible classes are not covered under the PSEO program but can be taken at a discounted rate through the Early College program. Check out our on-campus course catalog for details.
Students taking PSEO classes on-campus may be eligible to live in the dorms at Northwestern. While many students in the on-campus PSEO program choose to commute, senior high school students who are 17 years old at the beginning of their courses may live in dorms alongside traditional Northwestern students. Fees associated with room and board are not covered by the PSEO program and will be charged to the student.
